Data used to provide the game
The game uses your account, player code, linked sign-in methods, device, language, progress, results, ranking and items. Messages, friendships, reports and support requests are stored to provide their respective features.
Information that is shared
Your display name and ranking appear in the relevant public areas. Messages are sent to the channel you select. Staff with appropriate permissions may handle reports and support requests. Your sign-in email and authentication data are not public.
Player rights
After verifying your account, you can request a data export or deletion, manage your presence, block players and submit reports. Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account. Some operational and reconciliation records may need to be retained to handle transactions and protect the system.
Using this website
Public pages do not require a game login and do not accept top-ups. The server keeps technical logs for operation. The administration area uses session cookies, two-step verification, access roles and activity logs.
Data requests
Submit your request from your game account and complete verification. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or sign-in keys in public chat.
